Congress leader Gourav Vallabh on Wednesday alleged that a large section of the people have been ignored in the Union Budget, which has made luxurious items cheap and essential commodities more expensive.
In a video interview with PTI, he also said the government seems confused about the tax system as no country in the world has two types of tax regimes.
Vallabh said the essence of the budget is that diamond has been made cheap and flour expensive.
